ALD Member Portal (AMP) for Members

Below are step-by-step guides to assist members in navigating every aspect of the ALD Member Portal system. These documents will be continuously updated with new information.

Joined before January 2025/AMP? Follow the instructions below to gain access:

  1. Go to members.nationalald.org

  2. Click on “Forgot password?” above the Sign In button on the right side of the page.

  3. Enter your institution email address and click on the “Send reset link” button.

  4. If you receive an error message, “Account login reset required.” or “We can’t find a user with that email address.”, email comms@nationalald.org for assistance – include your chapter/institution and your full name.

  5. If you receive the message, “The account matching this email address is unregistered. Please complete all registration steps first before requesting a password reset.”, click on the “Continue to Registration” button.

    • This should result in a confirmation screen stating “Verification email sent!”.

    • Check your email, including your spam folder, and click on the “Verify email address” button within the email.

    • Complete the registration information for access to AMP.

    • If you do not receive the verification email, contact comms@nationalald.org for assistance - include your chapter/institution and your full name.
