CANCELLATION POLICY Alpha Lambda Delta National Office pays all hotel room rates and fees, provides meals, and provides conference materials for attendees. If you register for the conference but are unable to attend, you are required to notify the National Office so that other attendees may be given the opportunity. PLEASE NOTIFY THE NATIONAL OFFICE NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION. Failure to cancel by the September 15 deadline will result in forfeit of the $50 deposit and may result in your chapter being billed to cover the cost of the hotel rooms and meals. ROOMING POLICY Rooming for the conference is two attendees to a double-bed room. Alpha Lambda Delta National Office will make every effort to room student attendees from the same school, of the same gender together. If the school sends different gendered students, the National Office will room those students with a student from another school, but of the same gender. Advisors will also be roomed in doubles; if you have a roommate preference, please tell trish@nationalald.org.
