  • Only students initiated into Alpha Lambda Delta between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023 are eligible to apply for the 2024-25 Trow Scholarships.

  • You must have at least one full year of undergraduate education left before you graduate. You are not eligible to receive a Trow scholarship if you are graduating before May 2025, meaning you need to be enrolled fulltime in fall 2024 and spring 2025.

  • Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.

Application Procedure

  • Complete the application form, making sure to answer each applicable question completely.

  • Be sure your responses are confined to the space allotted on the application form.

  • Prepare the supplemental materials. Each application must be accompanied by:

    • Complete transcripts (official or unofficial) from each college/university attended;

    • One letter of recommendation (to be uploaded by the recommender). This recommendation can be from a professor, employer, campus advisor, or ALD advisor. Letter of recommendation needs to be uploaded to ALD’s application portal by the deadline. The application will ask you for their name, position, and email address, which then generates an email to them with a link to upload.

  • Touch base with your advisor with questions about the local scholarship process. Your application will be reviewed at the chapter level. If your application is selected by your chapter, it will be forwarded to the ALD scholarship selection committee.

The application deadline for the Trow Undergraduate Scholarship applications for the 2024-25 academic year is April 1, 2024. Decision letters will be sent by July 2024.
