- January 31, 2012: All ALD Graduate Fellowship applications must be postmarked to the National Office by this date.
- February 1-15, 2012: The 2012 edition of the Flame will be shipped to chapters.
- February 15, 2012: All James G. Stemler Travel Abroad Scholarship applications must be postmarked to the National Office by this date. (Note: Your local chapter will have an earlier deadline which you must observe. Contact your chapter advisor for details.)
- April 2, 2012: All Trow Scholarship applications must be postmarked to the National Office by this date. (Note: Your local chapter will have an earlier deadline which you must observe. Contact your chapter advisor for details.)
- May 1, 2012: All Order of the Torch/Maintaining the Flame applications must be postmarked to the National Office by this date.
- May 1, 2012: Chapter Annual Reports due to the National Office by this date.
