Applying for the Order of the Torch:
To apply for the Order of the Torch, prepare a scrapbook detailing your chapter's activities, complete with pictures, clippings, programs, etc. Send your original scrapbook along with one high-quality color photocopy of the book (or another duplicate scrapbook) to the National Office (address below). Include a letter of support from a campus official other than a chapter advisor. Applications are due by May 1 - please mail early to ensure plenty of time for arrival in Macon, GA before May 1.
Applications will be judged on chapter involvement and programming, and on presentation (the actual design and quality of the scrapbook application itself).
Applying for Maintaining the Flame:
If your chapter has won the Order of the Torch within the past four years, you should apply for Maintaining the Flame. Send one copy of a scrapbook detailing your chapter's activities to the National Office (address below), along with a cover letter from a chapter officer.
